The Friends of LLELA (Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area) is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation organized to assist in promoting, interpreting, and operating LLELA. A fund-raising and service group, the goal of the Friends of LLELA is to help in the overall operation of the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area by sponsoring events, helping fund projects, and raising awareness of LLELA as an asset to the community and surrounding area.
