The history of the Texas Superstar program, originally known as CEMAP, from the beginning.  Learn about how the plants are selected and tested, the people who select them and the reason for the program. You will get a behind the scenes look from the first CEMAP technician.  We will also look at the most recent Texas Superstar plant designations and some of the great ones from the past that work well in north central Texas.
