Native Plants
Native plants are drought-tolerant and naturally conserve our precious water resources. They provide a habitat and food for pollinators and wildlife. Less fertilizer and special pampering are needed to keep them healthy.
Well-Adapted Plants
Adapted plants have developed special features to improve their chances of survival in North Texas. These adaptations evolve over a long period of time and are passed along to their offspring.
Nectar Plants
Flowering plants that create nectar attract pollinating insects and sometimes other animals, such as birds. Nectar-source plants are essential for beekeeping, as well as in agriculture and horticulture.
No-Fuss Roses
Stunning roses that don’t need pampering. These rose plants require less water, fertilizer, and pesticides to stay healthy and beautiful.
Hard-to-Find Plants
A wide variety of hard-to-find plants suited to growing in North Texas will be available. Find ground covers, herbs, and bedding plants unavailable at big box stores.
Consider bringing your own wagons and carts.
