There will be Main stage and small stage Speakers delivering research-based Horticultural and Nature based presentations as well as interactive\, educational booths\, hands-on demonstrations\, and vendor booths to appeal to attendees of all ages. The event is strategically hosted at Doubletree Ranch Park at 310 Highland Village Rd.\, Highland Village\, Texas\, Saturday October 3\, 2026 from 9am – 3pm.\nSet-up day for Members only will be Friday October 2\, 2026 from 9am – 3pm.
