Plant Sale – Set Up Day, Friday Morning Shifts

Many volunteer opportunities are available. Use the SignUpGenius link to sign up to volunteer.

• Parking, Safety, and Customer Assistance (7 am-1 pm). Jeff Hardgrave is the team lead. Monitor traffic and direct volunteer parking.
• Pass Along Plants Team (7 am-1 pm). Lela Khan, Debbie Smith, Linda D’Amanda are Team Leads. Pass alongs check-in, set pricing, final preparations, placement.
• Set up at Church Grounds (7 am-9 am). Steve Spurgin is Team Lead. Signage, canopies, cashier area, holding area, education tables, others.
• Table Set Up (7 am-9 am). C. Kenny, R. Branstetter are Team Leads. Unload and set tables in place, cover them with tablecloths.

Table Monitors (9 am-1 pm) Melissa Weaver and Judy Allen are Team Leads. Maintain plant layouts, plant care, display. Sales training at 3 pm.
